    Description:- Smart Hospital solution for the Post COVID-19 era to effectively control the transmission of infectious diseases and manage assets including human resources and tangible goods such as medical supplies and equipment - Contactless services for hospitals by employing WATA’s spatial awareness technology that creates a spatial awareness map by combining point cloud (map data) with space data (location information) in real-time with the mobile 3D LiDAR/3D SLAM technology, and provides precise positioning with hybrid space data (Wi-Fi, BLE, barometric pressure, magnetic field, Cell patterns and GPS) and special algorithms to find a set of data giving highest accuracy - Available services:  1. Visitor Entry/Exit management: When a visitor enters the hospital, entry is automatically recognized as well as exit. Information about the visitor saved in the App will be sent and stored int the database. This helps to identify contacts in case a confirmed case occurs in the hospital as the system registers when the visitor enters into and exits the hospital building. 2. Indoor navigation in the hospital: Patients will be guided to their final destination such as a consultation room. 3. Ward management: Inpatients can request help or chat with the medical staff using the App. In case of emergency inpatients can call medical staff using the App and the medical staff knowing the precise location of the inpatient can attend to the inpatient fast for emergency treatment. Medical staff needing help can call other medical staff to his/her location using the App. 4. Self-isolator management: With the registration of the location information of a self-isolator, the movement path of the self-isolator can be monitored. A warning alarm will be sent automatically to the monitoring personnel and the self-isolator requesting to go back to the registered place when the self-isolator fails to stay in the registered place. Real-time monitoring is possible through the platform. 5. Smart asset management: By allocating an ID to each medical equipment, the location and availability of the medical equipment can be checked. The booking option will allow medical staff and patient (for such as wheelchairs) to book in advance. 6. Autonomous mobile robots: Robots can be employed to transfer medical supplies or medical waste to support the medical staff. Furture, robots with sensors can do the temperature analysis to detect people with abnormal body temperature.  7. Real-Time Location System (RTLS) Platform: The Platform provides overall statistical data including the number of patients and people visiting the hospital, and overview of medical staff present in the hospital. Proximity marketing: As a customer approaches the store, a welcome message or a discount coupon can be sent to induce customers to enter the store. Also, when the customer gets close to a specific product section of the store, product information or any promotion information can be given as a push message. 2. Indoor navigation and location information: For large shopping malls, indoor navigation service can be given to customers who might have a problem finding a certain store. Directions to the final destination (store) are given using the AR technology to help customers find their way easily. Also with a 2D/3D map, customers can easily check store location and any special event that the store is promoting. 3. Store management: Solution provides a way to effectively manage a store or multiple stores as statistical data by store is provided through the AI Cloud Spatial Awareness Platform. Information such as the number of customers per store (hourly, daily, etc.) can be checked. 4. Customer management & Customer insights: When combined with customer information (personal information or payment information) provided by the store, more comprehensive customer information can be obtained which can be used as a powerful marketing tool. Solution allows the store owner to check the real-time location, frequency of visits, duration of visits and movement paths of each customer, including spots where the customers stayed (touchpoints). With filtering options, a list targeting different groups (per gender, age, etc.) can be produced. 5. Creation of events: Solution allows the store owner to create an event by space (per specific section of the store). An event can be easily created by setting time, space, target group, etc. An emergency message can be sent if any incident occurs. 6. Density analysis: Solution provides useful data for space curation and management as it provides density analysis and movement pattern data. By differentiating spaces that do not catch the attention of customers from the touchpoints, more effective product arrangement and space curation ideas can be derived.
